Return Policy

D’vine Skin Care Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your d’vine Skin Care purchase, and your full satisfaction is important to us. If you find that you need to return a d’vine Skin Care product, please call us at 866.503.8463 Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm CST time and we will provide you with the details to initiate your return.

All leaking or defective product will be replaced at no charge. D’vine Skin Care will enclose a prepaid return label along with the product replacement. Products may be returned for a replacement if they are returned within 10 days of the original purchase date.

D’vine Skin Care product returns require approval from the d’vine Skin Care Head Office including, if requested, a reasonable opportunity to inspect and test the products in question. Returns will be accepted only with prior return authorization. D’vine Skin Care will not entertain any complaints, damages or returns related to purchases from Tradeshows or Resellers.

For a product to be eligible for return, the following conditions must apply in the following two scenarios:

  • Product defects:
    - ​Product(s) was purchased from d’vine Skin Care within the last 10 days
    - A detailed description of the issue is provided to the Sales Department at
  • Order processing errors & products damaged during shipping:
    - Issue is reported to d’vine Skin Care within 7 calendar days of the receipt date
    - d’vine Skin Care is contacted immediately if products are found to be damaged as a result of shipping
    - A detailed description of the damage is provided to the Sales Department
    - Product(s) is returned in the condition it was received


  • D’vine Skin Care is not liable for missing packages with confirmed delivery by courier

D’vine Skin Care will not accept product returns for the following:

  • Skin breakouts
  • Products received 30 days or more prior to the return request
  • Products not stored according to the Required Conditions of Storage outlined in the Terms & Conditions
  • Products that have expired are not eligible for refund or replacement

Replacements & Credits

  • If a return is approved, a replacement or credit memo will be issued
  • You will be notified via email once the return has been processed
  • Replacement products, at no charge, of the same item will be sent if the original product is damaged or defective
  • Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed

- A replacement or credit will be issued within 10 calendar days of receipt at the d’vine Skin Care warehouse
- In the event that replacements are sent out in advance and the return products are not received back within 5 days, the equivalent value of the replacement products will be charged to the account

  • Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable
